We are a small business with big aspirations and are in the process of launching our operations.

Our specialty lies in the production of yeasted dough products, particularly our sourdough made with organic flour, salt, water, and Levan. This results in a delightful contrast of a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy crumb. In addition to our artisan bread, we will also offer a variety of toppings and spreads such as herb butter and olive tapenade.

Furthermore, we will be introducing a selection of egg-based pasta in various shapes like fettuccine and spaghetti. Our focus is not just on the quality of our products but also on creating a unique culinary experience for our customers.

As we strive to establish our brand, we are currently working on launching our website and building a strong social media presence. We are hoping to join you and others at the farmers market this summer and help strengthen and bring together our community.
